前一段时间扭到脚,跑步停了2周左右,恰逢实习左催右催也没着落的时期,这段时间成了今年至今为止最糟糕的日子。我的生活充满了跛脚,视频,甜食,烦躁,抑郁,脂肪,熬夜这类字眼... 也不知道是浮肿还是真的胖了,我整个人变得涨起来,并增加5磅:-( 不过还好,上星期恢复慢跑后,体重差不多恢复了。这次扭脚让我更加清楚地意识到到底为什么跑步能有神奇的减肥塑身作用。理由如下:
1。跑步本身消耗的热量
2。基础代谢率大大提高--I am a super butter burner!
3。less craving for food--suppressed appetite! it's 100% TRUE!!!
4。less screen time--more activities--burn more calories
5。better sleep--better metabolism
6。feeling good--no need for comfort food
Running is way more than just putting one foot in front of another. It makes me feel I am alive. Running make my life BETTER!!
